Moview is an iOS app by Kiryl Yemelyanenka. This page says what the app does with information. It matches the app: there is no Moview account and no server we run.

On your devices
Swipes, matches, and the movies saved on the phone stay in the app’s library. If you use iCloud, that library syncs between your own devices through your private iCloud. We do not have a copy of it.
Deleting everything in the app wipes shows, swipes, matches, and people on this device and on your other devices signed in to the same iCloud account.
People nearby
The movie deck works without the local network. When you open the Room, Moview looks on the Wi-Fi for other copies of Moview, so two phones in the same room can compare movies each person approves.
This phone announces a label Moview assigned, shaped like Moview- and four characters. You do not type the name other people see. People on the same Wi-Fi who open the Room can see that label and the titles you approve.
Movie information
Artwork and details come from TMDb. This application uses TMDb and the TMDb APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDb.
Connecting a TMDb account is optional. If you connect, Moview imports your watchlist, favorites, and ratings. The sign-in tokens stay in the Keychain on this device.
Trailers play from YouTube. Streaming provider names come from JustWatch through TMDb.
Tracking
Moview does not track you across apps or websites, and it does not show ads. Playing a trailer opens YouTube’s player, which is YouTube’s own service.
A narrower deck
A kid-safe control in the app can limit which titles the deck will show. The movie catalog itself comes from TMDb.
